Apprenticeship in event management (m/f/d)

Do you want to go into the events industry after school – the world where tours are planned and festivals are booked? Are you not put off by figures and contracts, but see them as just as much a part of concerts as the stage itself? Do you enjoy keeping track of things when lots of different threads come together at once? Then come and join us!

We are looking for a trainee (m/f/d) to train as an events manager to join our office in Munich-Haidhausen from 1st September 2027. The training program lasts three years and vocational school lessons take place at the State Vocational Centre in Starnberg.

The following tasks await you

  • Assisting with the booking of our artists, from contract management and advancing through to post-event follow-up
  • Costing, accounting and commercial management of concerts and tours
  • Ticketing system and allocation management

  • Communication with artists, promoters, venues and service providers

  • Marketing and promotional activities relating to concerts and tours

  • Handling merchandise logistics and administrative back-office tasks

What you bring to the table

  • (Specialised) A-levels or an equivalent secondary school qualification

  • A passion for music, events and digital marketing

  • Strong communication skills and a structured approach to work

  • Proficiency in macOS and MS Office (particularly Word and Excel)

  • Initiative, team spirit and a willingness to take on responsibility from the outset

Mandatory student internship in booking and PR (m/f/d)

Are you in the midst of your studies and looking for a mandatory internship that involves music, events and creativity? Does your heart beat for concerts, digital topics and communication that not only works but also looks good? Do you also love to discuss controversial topics ranging from Apache to Zartmann and know the Star Wars universe inside out (optional)? Then come and join us!

We are currently looking for a student intern (m/f/d) in the area of booking and PR for our office in Munich-Haidhausen for a period of six months. The start date can be arranged flexibly after consultation.

The following tasks await you

  • Helping to organise tours, concerts and marketing activities
  • Communicating with artists, event organisers and media partners
  • Organisation and assistance in the areas of ticketing, promotion and pre-production
  • Handling merchandise logistics and administrative back office

What you bring to the table

  • Advanced studies in business administration, music business, event management, media economics and design
  • Compulsory internship certificate for 6 months
  • Enthusiasm for music, events & digital marketing
  • Experienced with MacOS and MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
  • Proactive, team spirit & structured way of working
