About me
How did you get into music?
Through the beatsteaks. When I saw them for the first time in 2007, I was directly captivated by them. I really wanted to reach this level. And then of course about my own band, whose name in the same breath as mine would be an insult to the rest of the very talented fellow musicians 😉 I am by far the shabbiest bass player on this planet. But I was into office work. So they couldn’t throw me out.
First concert
Thilo Wolf and Norbert Nagel – Jazz with 8 years… terribly boring. Which is why I wanted to take a closer look at the instruments. So it became my first own stage appearance.

About me
How did you get into music?
My father has always been a very great music lover. So it happened that music used to be played all the time in my parents’ house. That colored me. My father bought a stereo system that was as expensive as a small car. But then he never owned a car… When I was ten years old, I joined the school brass orchestra and for three years tried hard to learn the trumpet until I switched to the guitar.

The Casualties (Hardcore/Punkrock from New York) in Munich at the Feierwerk when I was 14.
